Return and Exchange Policy

Claims for damaged or expired products without proper opening video or photographic evidence may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

We recommend customers record a clear unboxing video when receiving and opening their order.

Exclusions

Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without meeting the eligibility requirements may not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.
